Halloween is almost here!
To help you and your family get prepared for the best party of the year, we wanted to get you some information
early.

Halloween is almost here!
To help you and your family get prepared for the best party of the year, we wanted to get you some information
early.
- Halloween, Friday, October 31st in the Club Parking lot!
- Dinner from 5:00pm - 6:30pm
- Trick or treat from 6:30pm - 8:00pm
- Costume Contest, Bag contest winners, games, music and more from 8:00pm - until
- Food: 50 Pizza's and 6 large salads served from 5:00pm - 6:30pm
- Cost is $5 per Adult $3 per child and Bring Your Own Beverage [don't forget drinks for your kids]
- RSVP deadline for pizza is Oct 24th. We have to pre-order!
- If you did not RSVP before the deadline we ask that you wait until those that did RSVP eat first.
- If you are not sure if you will attend, then go ahead and mark yourself 'tentative'.
- 2nd Annual Adult Halloween Costume Contest
- Prizes: Nominate your favorite:
- Best Female Costume
- Best Male Costume
- Best Couple Costume
- 3rd Annual Bag Decorating Contest - this is for all kids and teens! Entries will be due October 25th!
- 1st Annual Men's Corn-hole Competition- If you want to play Corn-hole you must be in costume!
- Bring your own:
- Drinks (don't forget the kids)
- Chairs

| *************3rd Annual************* Halloween Bag Decorating Contest The Details: Use blank side of a large brown grocery store bag Put your child's name and age on the bottom of bag Your child can use anything to decorate! Judging based on age ranges Drop decorated bag off at 2683 Fleur De Lis Place by Oct 25 Please drop off a bag of treats with your decorated bag entry All bags will be returned (with candy in them) at the Halloween Party |
