FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER
Friday Night Dinners have been a neighborhood tradition in Fontainebleau for over 20 years, bringing together friends and families for an evening of fun dining. Dine poolside or on the clubhouse porch. Every Friday during the summer, a group of families volunteer to prepare the main entree, while each attending family brings an appetizer, salad, side dish or dessert that serves at least 12 people.
How does it work?
2-3 families sign up together and purchase some type of meat or fish to grill plus hot dogs for the kids.
The fun is finding creativity in your meal; past dinners have included Pizza on the Grill & Wings, Fish Fry, Burgers, Greek.
Expenses are 100% reimbursed with receipts.
Suggested target of $100-200 should be spent on entree.
It is the responsibility of the griller's to set up the food & tables and clean up at the end of the night.
No food or tables should be left out.
There is a separate kids table for Kids 12 and under, hot dogs and chips are provided. Please bring any additional sides for your kids that they may want.
It is always Bring Your Own Beverage and please remember the "no glass" rule.
