We are in need of a two volunteers to fill vacant board positions:

Concessions Manager - take inventor of concession stand items, purchase needed items before each home meet (2 or 3 depending on the season), coordinate refund of items and concessions deposit with the treasurer

Meet Manager Software Operator: Electronically recod the paper times in the Meet Manager Softwar. Perks - best seat in the house and air conditioning! 

Each family has two major responsibilities for each meet: 

1. Record if your swimmer will be at the meet in the swimtopia app 2 days before the meet

2. If your swimmer is participating in the meet, at least one adult should sign up for a volunteer duty in the app. The sooner you sign up, the more likely that you will get something you like! 

The concessions stand is our #1 supply of funds. This helps keep our dues low.

1. Stock the stand: The first week of practice bring a case of soda or sports drinks to donate to the concessions stand.

2. Each HOME MEET, bring a side dish that can feed at least 12 people to furnish the concessions. No watermelon please
